The first
experiences
of the
Baobab’s
powder
separating
machine,
have begun
with a
capacity not
exceeding 5
kilograms of
powder per
day and then
two months
later, a
larger
machine was
designed
with a
production
capacity of
30 kg per
day and
managed
manually.
- In 1998 a third machine has been manufactured with production capacity
60 kg a day,
to meet
market
demands and
operates
automatically.
- Due to the limited market of Nyala town , the factory was transferred to
Khartoum
state in
2000 in a
rented
house, on
the south
side of
Khartoum
city. The
production
capacity has
increased to
120 kg, and
the product
is manually
packed in
small
packages,
200 grams,
in a plastic
bag.
- Due to the annual increase in the volume of sales , large amounts of
grain were
accrue
(post-seed
powder
extract),where
it created
a problem
of how to
dispose.which
made us
search for a
radical
solution to
this problem
in the
Internet.
- An experiment of grain milling was conducted, and a small portion of
oil which
did not
exceed 7%
was
extracted.
- I searched about the use of this oil, in the world wide web and I found
that this
oil can fit
as
refreshments
and care of
the skin.
Moreover,
many Arab
countries
use it as
edible oil
because it
is void of
any toxic.
- From the Internet the uses of his oil has been known as already
mentioned. |

establishment
of an
industrial
base with
these
specifications
is a matter
out of the
financial
capabilities
of the
plant.
.Therefore,
we appeal to
the Sudanese
and Arab
investors,
as well as
Arab and
foreign
companies to
participate
in this work
as a first
partner ,on
condition
that, they
have the
ability to
open the
Arab markets
for powder
and foreign
markets for
oil.

complete
production
lines If the
project
began with
only two
production
lines (oil
and powder)
it may not
need more
than 600
thousand
dollars.

The oil
sales in
the first
year will
cover 60%
to 80% of
investment
capital.

The raw
materials
are
available in
the Sudan.

The products
of the plant
are new in
Arab markets
; and have a
great
opportunity
to grow
expand and
monopolize
the markets,
which gives
a good
opportunity
to make
profits
compared
with other
commodities
of complete
competition.

factory, our
rank will be
the fourth,
among the
producers of
these
commodities
world wide

the Baobab
are
distributed
in a large
areas in the
Sudan.

The people
in the rural
areas
collect the
fruits and
supply it to
rural
markets.

Traders
compile the
crop, packed
it in jute
or plastic
sacks and
loaded it
and then
transfer it
to the
commercial
market in
Omdurman ,
where it can
be stored
and sold
during the
year.
